After some fails iny life ,i decide or i have to decide to improve my life .
Help myself to feel well and have good emotions about myself .
We have many many problems in our life and try to fix them ...but sometimes we can't fix them .
I had two relationships and both of them were awful.
i was very sad and had bad feeling about everything...
And really want to manage my feelings and my life .
I read alot of books but i have not regular behaviors ...
discipline ... it's my goal .
