Telegram bots are robots that work to perform the tasks they are programmed within Telegram. In other words, when you command a bot, you are actually communicating with a computer program, not with a real person.

What Do Message Ticks in Telegram Mean?
When you send a message on Telegram, you will first see a "one tick" in the corner of your message. Then you notice that it has turned into a “double tick”.
There are no 3 notification types (sent, forwarded, read) in Telegram as you think. Telegram provides you with the information of the message you sent in 2 ways: “Sent” and “Read.”
One Click: It means “Sent” and it means your message has been successfully saved from your device to Telegram servers.
Double Tick: Means "Read". This indicates that the receiver has opened and read the message.
The reason Telegram doesn't have a "delivered, delivered" notification is because Telegram allows you to log in on multiple devices, it doesn't matter which device it's delivered to.

How Do I Know If I Have Been Blocked on Telegram?
There are several indicators to tell if you've been blocked on Telegram.

You cannot make any calls to the blocked person during the time you are blocked. The call screen closes before a connection can be established.
The "bio" in the user's profile will disappear.
And finally, one method you can understand for sure would be to look at the last seen date;
If the other person's last seen date says "A long time ago" as in item 4, which I explained in my article titled "Last Seen" Settings in Telegram, and if the other person has not permanently deleted their Telegram account, you are most likely blocked.
Since Telegram does not share the information that you have been blocked directly, you have no choice but to guess from the observations.
