An astonishing story was revealed in Tehran in which a woman, using strange tricks, managed to have two husbands and two homes at the same time.
The story began when the woman's second husband, Farhad, became suspicious of his wife's movements. Suspicious of Soheila's behavior and her job, he decided to follow her. When Soheila arrived at the door of a house and entered, Farhad began to ask the neighbors. But their answers surprised him: Soheila lived in this house with her husband!
Farhad, who was very confused and upset, closed the door of the house with a rope and informed the police. When the police officers from the Robat Karim police station arrived at the scene, they were confronted by a man who claimed that Soheila was his wife. To prove his claim, the man presented the officers with a marriage certificate and a marriage contract. Farhad immediately showed his own marriage contract to prove that Soheila was also his wife.
After the incident came to light, a police investigation began and Soheila was questioned. The 42-year-old woman confessed that she had taken her first husband's SIM card and, with the help of several people, obtained a divorce in absentia. Then, without her first husband's knowledge, she married another man. She had made it a condition of this new marriage that she could work outside the home. But in reality, on days when she was supposedly going out for work, she would visit her first husband's house.
Soheila cited her first husband's lack of financial support and irresponsibility as her motive, claiming that she did this because of these circumstances. When this story was revealed, both of the woman's husbands filed a complaint and challenged her in court.
