I think a lot of people experience the weird behavior of a inefficient manager. When they think have to get more time instead of get more efficient of staff. in order to increase benefit for company they make more pressure on employees. And this Overpressure maybe make more unpleasant for staff and reduce efficiency at work. in my idea making more union between personnel could growth efficiency for company.
