Persian Pizza Recipe _Meals Cook

Persian pizza is a kind of pizza with new and interesting ingredients. Iranian pizza is the same as ordinary pizza all over the world but with different and interesting toppings along with special sauce. It is an attractive and nostalgic combination of meat and mushrooms with attractive toppings.

One of the fast foods that I have a special interest in cooking. Of course, I make this Middle Eastern pizza perfectly. So stay with me.

Ingredients for pizza

500 grams of minced meat

300 grams of mushrooms

Pizza cheese 500 grams

1 medium bell pepper

1 small onion

1 medium tomato


Ingredients for pizza sauce

3 tablespoons of tomato paste

Thyme 1 tablespoon

A teaspoon of salt

A tablespoon of sugar



Instruction :

1. First, wash and dry all the ingredients such as mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers. Then we cut it into equal pieces according to taste.

2. To prepare the tomato paste sauce, mix it thoroughly with sugar, salt, and thyme. Then add a glass of water to the sauce. We stir completely until all the ingredients are mixed. After that, we check the consistency of the sauce and it should be thicker than industrial sauces.

3. At this stage, we remove the pizza dough and place it in a dish. We spread the sauce on all the pizzas with a full spoon. Even the corners of the pizza are for eating, so we apply sauce to the whole dough.

4. After that, we pour a little pizza cheese on the bread. Then add the mushrooms. After that, we add the fried minced meat that we have prepared and oiled to the mushrooms.

5. After pouring the meat, we add a layer of cheese and toppings such as bell peppers, tomatoes and onions.

I usually put the toppings, especially the onion, on the cheese so that it cooks completely and is fried.

6. In the baking stage, we turn on the oven, which has reached the temperature of 180-195 degrees Celsius half an hour before. We put the pizzas in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. I usually change the place of the top and bottom pizzas every 8 minutes so that the bottom and top of the pizza are cooked completely.

7. At the end, I take out the fully cooked pizzas and cut them with a cutter and eat them with ketchup and carbonated drinks.
