Adobe Acrobat Reader is a program for viewing PDF files, however, it can also be used to edit these files. For this purpose, you must first open Adobe Acrobat Reader and use the Fill & Sign tool to edit and add text and signature to your PDF file.

Select any of the available options. If the added signature is what you want, click the Apply option in the lower right part of the image to add the signature to your PDF file. This signature will be saved as your signature in the program by default and you can use it on any other PDF file that you open with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Well, back to the PDF file. Place the mouse on the desired place to insert the signature and click on it. Now you can reduce or enlarge the size of your signature or delete it and create a new signature.
After adding the signature to the PDF file, save it.
