[2] زندگی شخصی سعید رضا نقیبی فرزند دوم خانواده ای است که اصالتاً از شهرستان منوجان تشکیل شده است [3] . نقیبی در خانواده ای کم درآمد در جنوب کرمان متولد و بزرگ شد. وی در دوران کودکی و نوجوانی در بسیاری از مشاغل فیزیکی و کم درآمد از جمله فروشندگی، کشاورزی مشغول به کار بود.
