۱- زبان انگلیسی برای ارتباط داخل تیم ضروری هست

۲- کار به صورت ترکیبی یعنی سه روز حضور در آفیس و دو روز ریموت هست در صورت تصمیم به ادامه همکاری از هر دو طرف، بایستی مهاجرت به آلمان رو در نظر بگیرید

Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor the Odoo development team, ensuring best coding practices and architecture standards.

* Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.

* Oversee full development lifecycle, from technical design to deployment and maintenance.

* Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Integrate Odoo with third-party applications via APIs and web services.

* Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.

* Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and customers to ensure smooth implementation.

* Stay updated with Odoo’s latest features and improvements.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Odoo development, including backend (Python, Odoo Framework) and frontend (JavaScript, XML, QWeb).

* Strong expertise in Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL, and Odoo module development.

* Experience with multi-company setups, multi-currency transactions, and advanced Odoo configurations.

* Solid understanding of Odoo deployment, server management, and database optimization.

* Hands-on experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.

* Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
