استفاده من از هوش مصنوعی در تحقیقات بازار (کافه در دبی)

هوش مصنوعی یا از دید من دستیار با استعدادِ رایگان، می‌تونه سرعت انجام کار رو بیشتر کنه و به وسعت دید در موضوع کمک کنه. بخصوص موضوعاتی که شناخت کمتری داریم و سرعت انجام کار برامون مهمتر هست. اولین تجربه‌ من از بکار گرفتن هوش مصنوعی در بخش‌هایی از پروژه تحقیقات بازار کافی شاپ در دبی بود.

پروژه تحقیقات بازار

می‌خواستم تحقیقاتی از وضعیت رقبا و تقسیم‌بندی بازار، پروفایل مشتری و ارزش پیشنهادی متمایز انجام بدم. در بخش‌هایی از پروژه مراحلی که من و هوش مصنوعی بینگ (Bing) با هم طی کردیم و خروجی‌هاش رو در ادامه آوردم.


دسته‌بندی کافه‌ها

از اونجایی که شناختم از بازار کافی شاپ دبی کم بود، تصمیم گرفتم از هوش مصنوعی کمک بگیرم. از بینگ پرسیدم بنظرت کافه‌ها رو از چه منظرهایی دسته‌بندی کنم.

بنظرم جالب اومد و نمودارها و بینش‌های زیر رو ایجاد کردم.


1. کیفیت

بنظرم برای شروع این تقسیم‌بندی کافی بود. از این رو 86 کافه موجود در دبی مال رو مورد بررسی قرار دادم. برای بعد کیفیت از تعداد و میانگین امتیاز ثبت شده در گوگل برای هر کافه استفاده کردم.

2.محصول

برای هر کافه محصولی که روش تمرکز داشت رو مشخص کردم و نتایج رو بردم روی نمودار.

3. طراحی

برام واضح نبود که چه دسته‌بندی‌هایی برای طراحی کافی‌شاپ‌ها وجود داره. بنابراین از بینگ پرسیدم می‌تونه بیشتر توضیح بده.

پروفایل مشتری

در بخش دیگه نیاز داشتم برای شروع پروژه یک بازار هدف مشخص و مناسب رو ارایه کنم. باز رفتم سراغ دوست خوبم بینگ. این بخش رو بیشتر زحمتش با بینگ بود. خودش مراحل رو مشخص کرد و سناریوهایی رو بر اساس معایرهای من پیشنهاد می داد که انتخاب کنم.
