WHICH IS THE BETTER WORKOUT FOR A GEMINI

It is not in the basic nature of a Gemini to stick to one thing for too long; they are quite impulsive and like to change things. When it comes to fitness, they prefer workouts which are a combination of various things; a workout consisting of complex moves keeps them interested.

They are blessed with great agility so all physical activities are quite fun for them. They make the best companion for hiking and various outdoor sports like tennis and basketball. The best workout for a Gemini has to be Pilates, the focus on breathing and the regular movements keep their mind engaged, and leave no scope for any distraction. There is also a lot of room for creativity in Pilates; they can follow a blend of the classic and contemporary style.

Another great workout regime for a Gemini is AcroYoga which involved working out with a partner, which is sure to keep them interested. It involves getting into some complex poses and there is a wide variety of poses to choose from, so a Gemini will have a new challenge every day.

A Gemini will really involve doing some aerobics or zumba. The fun combination of dance and workout is sure to keep Gemini on their feet. Zumba too has a lot of variety, and they can choose a different dance form too.

However, there is one thing that Gemini needs to take extra care of; these workouts won’t really help in building strength, so they should do some weight training along with these regimes. Also, Gemini should try to control their impulses and finish what they have started, it’s a very bad habit of a Gemini to leave things in between, they shouldn’t do this with their workout, or they won’t be able to get the maximum benefit from it.
