The Theory of hard work

Typically when you are talking about hard work it means you are working too much. But, you can explain hard work as trying to do something that is beyond your expectations.Meanwhile, the definitions of hard work can be:Do more than expectedContinue while others quiteAccept the failure as a temporary situationIgnore pessimistsStand unpleased momentsHowever, hard-working combined with intelligence will make a desirable result and help you fulfill your goals. Although the way of each person's success is different, the five steps among them are common that will lead you to use hard work and intelligence in the same direction are common. The drive: This component is the inspiration and motivation for all your hustles. It is the engine you need to drive your efforts. The Plan: If the drive is the heart of your hard work, then the plan is the skeleton. A plan is one thing that helps you find the way.The grind: This is the one element that causes you to lose all the comfort and joy. Besides, make working overwhelming, stressful, boring, and eventually hard work. The Sacrifice: this is the obvious feature of hard work and one thing that makes the hard work really hard! each ambitious goal needs an essential sacrifice. the financial crisis, losing people, emotional pressures, etc. are your real experiments during the hard work. The payoff: In order to make your hard work valuable, you need to have a couple of goals in a chain. Then, after achieving them remind yourself that "this is just the beginning".

The strategy matters through the crisis

Experts say in a crisis, you may think you need a whole new set of management approaches and strategy will always lead you there. The Theory I am willing to say will help you turn any crisis into a chance to serve. The theory begins with a test to survive on an ocean and points to four elements of the strategy creation.Imagine you are in a sinking ship in the middle of the ocean and you have a small wooden boat and a quick opportunity to take 4 tools from the list below:A shaving mirrorA quantity of mosquito nettingA 19 liter can of waterPair of paddleMaps of the Pacific OceanCompassA 7.5 liter can of oil/petroleum mixtureA small transistor radio186 square decimeters of Opaque plastic sheetingShark repellent1.1 liters of 160 percent proof rum4.5 meters of nylon rope2 boxes of chocolate barsA fishing kitIf you were able to choose five of the above tools you probably could choose easier, or if you could only take three tools the decision was harder. What if you could take them all?So the limitations will influence your choices indeed. Then the strategy will matter through these limitations. –The first element is the limitations. Now, what is the purpose of being in that wooden boat? Surviving!!In a strategist look, this means vision. What is the vision of surviving on a boat? Sculling to the beach? Finding a broadcast way to call for help? Or living on a boat for the rest of your life?Answering these questions and choosing our vision will definitely affect our choices to pick the tools! Each way and each goal in life needs its own requirements, and the strategy will lead us to fulfill that goal. For example, if you choose to scull to the beach you will need the map, paddle, and compass. And in case you choose to live on the boat for the rest of your life you will need the fishing kit and net and probably the water in order to have something to eat and drink! –The second element is the vision.Based on this theory, a strategy is a criterion to decide and to give those decisions a clear direction. So, how can we find the right direction and strategy for situations? The important fact is our choices should be synergistic. For instance, in this story fishing kit and compass together aren’t functional. Or if you are not strong enough to scull, the paddle is not a good option for you. But, what if you are a good swimmer?Another effective point is our strengths and weaknesses which based on them you could find the best strategy for the situations. –The third element is knowing your weaknesses and strength.Last but not least, if you knew there is a beach in 1 km of where you are however you won’t have any other access from the beach to elsewhere, what would you choose to pick? That’s the final point to show you side effects, obstacles, and opportunities are the effective matters to your strategy. –The fourth element is the environmental effects. As well as a person on a sinking boat is a company. They are supposed to create the best strategy based on their resources, opportunities, limitations. The truth is crisis doesn’t mean you or your business has to suffer. In fact, the beauty of strategies is during the days that everything is not normal and it shows how strong we are to operate that business like saving a sinking ship. And the only tools we need during the crisis is our mindset and attitude to save that sinking ship. The future belongs to those who not only they don’t complain about what they can’t change, but also accept the situation and try to make something good about it. So, that’s why the strategy matters through the crisis.

The Importance of Ikigai to Increase your Productivity

Nowadays, along with everything going around the world, people are super busy doing their jobs rather than getting the job done. You don't know what I mean? Let me explain. In order to be an irreplaceable piece of your company, you need to find the joy in what you do. Then, the pressure of doing your job will be replaced with making your job done in the best way you can. That is the point where you will meet productivity.Increasing productivity has some other elements which will help you find the joy in what you do and that is IKIGAI.Ikigai is the central part of what you are good at, what you love, what you can be paid for, and what the world needs. To be more specific it is the moment when your passion, mission, profession, and vacation meet. One great thing between you and superior for a win-win collaboration can be ikigai. It is saying you can't feel empty inside to be comfortable or be satisfied but feel useless. Also, a job can't be exciting without a sense of certainty or even be a delight and fulfillment but without any wealth. That's why I call it a win-win collaboration. If I can name only one career that I am certainly sure they unintentionally use ikigai to increase their productivity are athletes.Let me tell you about my discoveries.Athletes are Driven by Purpose (Mission)How do you think athletes resist the snooze button? That's the magic of having a mission in your life. So, to remain committed, you need to connect your job to a deeper purpose, from your communities to their fulfillment.Athletes choose their fields based on their strengths (Profession)Believe it or not, we were born with a gift inside. In order to fulfill the goals, we have to focus on something, we have its knowledge, power, resources, etc. The one thing you are good at and you can be paid for is exactly the profession you are looking forward to.Athletes Use Exercise to Boost Their Performance (Passion)None of the athletes like running for miles, but they know it is essential for their performance. It is important to know what you are suffering from today will cause you so many benefits tomorrow. When you ignore a specific work situation with resisting the negative emotions that it produces, know that the passion you have inside have to keep you move forward.Athletes truly enjoy the physical activity (vacation)The only thing that keeps them from skipping a warm bed and Netflix is that they really are more inspired by their activities than that. they truly enjoy physical activity and inspired to engage their training.Back in your job, tapping into your “why” will get you back on track when you’re falling asleep during that conference call.To sum up, all the elements explained above make the athletes the ones who reached IKIGAI. So, if you believe you are not completely productive and happy with what you are doing ... then find your IKIGAI as well. :)

The fact that you found us, is inbound marketing!

Creating valuable content and experiences attract strangers as your visitors, convert them to leads, closes them to the customers then, delight them to be your promoters. This process is called inbound marketing. Inbound marketing creates a trusted connection with your audiences and target market based on the content you create and solves the problems they already have, While outbound marketing interrupts your audience with content they don’t always want.Inbound marketing methodology contains three different stages:Attract, engage, delightEach stage has its own tools and processes.Blogging, social media, and content strategy in the attraction ways of your audience. channels your target market prefer like email, bots, live chat, or messaging that contains call to actions will create a long-lasting connection along with your customers. following that, smart contents, personalized user experiences using CRMs and CEMs, and marketing automation will ignite your customers to automatic promotions and mouth to mouth marketing.these steps and processes help your build a trusted relationship with your audience rather than just sell your product or services. nowadays people are smarter about ads than before. they will understand if you are solving their problem, fulfill their needs or you are just willing to take the money out of their pockets. So, in order to get your market share, sell the great experience not the product or service itself.

KPIs vs. OKRs

When it comes to business process metrics, we all remember KPIs or recently OKRs as well. But how can we use them?OKR is a strategic framework, whereas KPIs are measurements that exist within a framework. So let's dive into the definitions. As you might be familiar, KPI stands for key performance indicators. Also, OKR is objectives and key results. It is never been easy to compare OKRs and KPIs because they are both parts of a similar method, and these two fit together somehow. However, KPIs are more focused on measuring success rather than setting goals. While the OKR system sets targets and leads teams to measure the results.KPIs are recommended to be measurable. When you add quantitative value makes it easier to analyze performance. On the other hand, OKRs inspire you to set ambitious objectives and break those down into key results. The best OKRs should be achievable, memorable, and inspiring. So, they are both management tools that are designed to set goals and make the process measurable, but they do it in different ways.KPIs are focused on the result, whereas OKRs are monitoring the process.OKRs speak about the vision, about what the company is trying to achieve, whereas KPIs intend to scale or improve a certain project. The secret to OKRs and KPIs ... they are complementary rather than different.OKRs inspire you to set aggressive objectives and break those down into key results. And KPIs provide a way to monitor performance, measure success. So the trip to these metrics are as follows:“Strategy, OKRs, and KPIs”The strategy for deciding your destination. OKR to help you track if you are on the right path, and course-correct if needed. KPIs are they tell you if everything else is OK.ConclusionIf your KPIs and OKRs sound similar, that is ok. Just remember that one’s an outcome and the other a measurement. However, using both along with the strategy sounds like a winning combination to me.

“We didn’t want to post on Craigslist because we felt it was too impersonal. Our entrepreneur instinct said ‘build your own site.’ So we did.” Gebbia said.Back in October 2007, Brian Chesky and Joe Gebbia launch a website to raise money. The website was meant to turn their apartment into a lodging space to help them to pull in extra cash. There was a shortage of hotel rooms due to the upcoming industrial designer’s conference in San Francisco and their site got them their first three renters.A simple website with their loft pictures with home-cooked breakfast offer called Airbed & Breakfast.Soon after that Nathan Blecharczyk a Harvard University graduate and technical architect joined as the third co-founder of Airbed & Breakfast. Then, the official airbedandbreakfast.com website launches. as others have pointed out they founded Airbnb during the 2008 recession. That’s why people believe the Airbnb story is one of the most inspiring stories of the 21st century. The other fascinating thing about founding Airbnb (The shortened version of its original name airbedandbreakfast.com) is that they had neither any investors nor thousands of dollars of credit card debt when it launched. Airbnb actually sells cereal boxes to fund their business. Selling 800 boxes of cereal, $40 each, helped them to fund $30,000 for their company. Their most successful single sale event is the Democratic National Convention in November 2008 to capitalize on the resulting lack of hotel space. Barack Obama and John McCain names are also it the list of cereal buyer to support hosting. In 2011, Airbnb announces its 1 millionth booking since the website launch in August 2008.In early 2012, Airbnb expanded its business internationally by opening six international offices in Paris, Milan, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Moscow, and San Paulo in addition to their offices in San Francisco, London, Hamburg, and Berlin. And as of spring 2014, the Airbnb platform had 10 million guests and 550,000 hosting rooms all over the world and valued over $10B.The most recent statistics show that Airbnb now has over 2 million room listings in over 190 countries and 34,000 cities.
Remote Jobs

Instagram: @bepro.groupMohadeseh.moayedinia@gmail.comwww.beprogroup.com
