تفاوت کلید اتوماتیک و کلید هوایی زیمنس چیست؟ابعاد کلیدجریان نامیتریپ یونیتظرفیت قطعباسبارمحل نصبتوضیحات:ابتدا در مورد محل نصب این دو کلید باید خطر نشان شویم که کلید هوایی به علت جریان بالا بعد از ترانس یا ژنراتور قرار می گیرد. کلیدهای ACB در مقایسه با کلید های کامپکت سایز بزرگتری دارند. از لحاظ جریان نامی کلید های هوایی از ۴۰۰ و یا ۶۳۰ آمپر تا ۶۳۰۰ آمپر را بسته به نوع پروژه می توان انتخاب کرد ولی کلیدهای کامپکت رنج جریان پایین تری از ۲ آمپر تا ۳۲۰۰ آمپر زا شامل می شود. ظرفیت قطع (breaking capacity) کلید های اتوماتیک عموما از ۱۶ کیلو آمپر تا ۱۲۰ کیلو آمپر بسته به برند آن تولید میگردد، ولی در کلیدهای هوایی قدرت قطع معمولا حداقل ۴۲ کیلو آمپر بوده و تا ۱۲۰ کیلو آمپر هم قابل سفارش هستند. در مورد تریپ یونیت عموما در کلیدهای اتوماتیک به صورت حرارتی – مغناطیسی می باشد، درحالی که تریپ یونیت در کلیدهای هوایی به صورت الکترونیکی می باشد. نکته مهم باسبار هم این است که در ابتدای مدار از کلید هوایی استفاده میگردد. بزرگ بودن شینه مسی ورودی است که نمی توان از کلید اتوماتیک بدلیل کوچکتر بودن آن استفاده کرد.
