this is an explanation soaround 12:30 p.m. eastern time presidentTrump began answering questions abouttariffs he said that 25% of tariffs willbe announced very soon and that the EUwas formed to screw the United States hementioned that the tariffs would beapplied generally and specificallycalled uh out Car Imports and guys whatdoes the EU um export the most it iscars right BMW Mercedes it's etc etcthey're all European he recently saidthat the tariffs on Mexico and Canadaare still set to begin in April Trumpsaid the tariffs would begin April 2ndso he gave an ex like an exact dateinstead of of April 1st previouslymarkets had hoped that the deal thatTrump made with Canada and Mexico withthe border security uh would cause inthe uh eradication of these tariffs butobviously that is not the brickscountries B is for Brazil R is forRussia I is for India C is for China sis for South Africa uh and Bricks isthey have a lot more countries than thanjust those so uh it is looking terribleI I theJapanese Yen carry trade so this was a28% crash that happened on the 6th ofAugust 2024 it was when we had the wholeover Leverage Japanese Yen carry tradeTraders just freaking out and theJapanese Yen going up in value uhcausing people to liquidate theirpositions to pay back their loans whichthey borrowed from Japan at 0% interestrates like it was a whole mess and itcaused Bitcoin to dump 29% over a periodof 3 to 4 days so that is the uh mostcomparable crash uh that is happening inrecent history uh but so far I thinkwe're set to kind of overtake that crashwhich is unbelievable Bitcoin is now that institutions andcorporations play a much larger role incrypto so that combined with the doubletop pattern right if you put it belowthe breakdown Zone that literally givesyou an exact target to close that CMEGap right over there so I would not besurprised at all if Bitcoin comes downto close the CME Gap so like I said inthe previous stream the best thing thatyou can do is to go to your exchange andset limit buy orders uh all the way likefrom now to all the way to the C Gap tobuy as much Bitcoin as possible in factI'll show you how to set a limit orderto buy Bitcoin and add to your thisconfirmation is terrible like these arefine because here you're only testingthe support and you're you know you'reyou're wicking down below so it'scompletely okay uh the last time thatthe Ballinger band squeezed this heavilywas during the ETF period look as soonas you broke above the upper Ballingerband confirmed the breakout you rallymassively all the way from 47,000 to uh$71,000 this was the prior consolidationbefore that you never really break outof it or break down from it with acandle closure but as soon as theysqueeze and the as soon as you break upyou go from $29,000 all the way to$47,000 this time around it is thecomplete inverse so you're seeing abreakdown from the lower Ballinger bandright you're getting those confirmationsit's not only a wick you have the powerbXR cell signal you have consent to offlipping bearish and these are not goodsigns whatsoever I have to tell you itis the unfortunate truth but you know itis just what it is so you know theshort-term perspective doesn't look toogood I think people were very excitedabout Trump you know going in and buyingBitcoin and the Trump family WorldLiberty Financial um you know like therewas just so much hype and I was with afriend who's super super close actuallyhe just left right we spent the entireevening together he's super close to theentire Trump family and uh you know theprimary incentive is to make money fromthis right it's nothing else it's likeit's not because they actually believein it the primary incentive is to alwaysmake money which is sad but you knowlike 95% of us all of us want to makemoney from crypto so I truly believe inBitcoin I believe it that it will becomethe money but you know politicians theychange they come and they go right fouryears of presidency and if you haveDemocrats coming in uh the next fouryears then you know they're probablygoing to be tough on crypto again so youknow politicians changed their minds youknow uh administration's changed so Ithink you shouldn't be worrying too muchabout them obviously Melania coin wasn'tthe best thing ever trumpcoin wasn'tgood at all either but it is what it isyou know when we look at micro strategyit's pretty crazy actually because nowtheir dollar cost average right withthem phenomenally buying Bitcoin overthe past few days they bought $2 billionworth of bitcoin coin uh just 2 days agoand they're already down$285 million on that Bitcoin purchasewhich is kind of unbelievable it's it'sit's very sad actually so they'realready down 285 million their dollarcost average is up to$66,000 and the price of Bitcoincurrently is at$83,500 so their profit is reduced toonly an $8 billion profit up 26% so it'snowhere compared to where it was beforebecause they've been aggressively buyingthe top but you need to understand thatthey have to buy the top they have noother choice uh they can only borrowmoney once the micro strategy stock isat a higher price so since the all-timehigh micro strategy stock is down 50% soobviously it doesn't make sense toborrow when mstr stock is down they canonly borrow it when the price goes upthat is why they consistently end upbuying the top for Bitcoin which is notgood but they know that if they hold foras long as possible and if they have along term Vision then everything will becompletely okay so I don't think microstrategy is going to go under like it'sjust not going to happen you knowthey've been through a full bare Marketcycle and they've been buying the topconsistently too so obviously uh youknow at this point when Bitcoin was at$155,000 uh it went significantly belowtheir average entry price into Bitcoinyet they were not liquidated or margincalled so I think they're completelyokay you can see that there's still somuch headwind um for them to come downfor Bitcoin to potentially come down andto match their dollar cost average pricebut even if it goes below which I do notthink Bitcoin will go below 66k whoeverthinks that is completely delusionalthat is not going to happen but even ifit does because they're convertiblenotes which is the way that they borrowmoney to borrow to buy Bitcoin theydon't expire until 2028 so they shouldbe completely okay uh so I wouldn't beworrying about micro strategy in fact Ithink it's another great great grade BuThe Dip opportunity MST stock but yeahuh I mean yeah Market's dumping it'sbecause of the Trump tariffs it's notthe best whatsoever I mean presidentTrump announces 25% tariffs on Europethat's just um like oh my God you knowwhy would you do that ran is saying thatI already missed Joe Biden which ispretty funny I mean you know if youthink about it Bitcoin was was probablygoing to break towards the upsideanyways if Biden was President whichjust would have been more sustainableand it wouldn't have been like a quickshot towards the upside so yeah I don'tknow what to say guys it's it's uh it'sa little bit interesting but make sureto continue building um I I think thisis just a opportunity to to buy the dipand to be more involved in the space andgo all in into crypto if you don't workin crypto already because when everybodydoubts something when everybody thinksthat something is probably not a goodidea to buy it is usually the case thatit is the best time to buy that thingwhen everybody believes at some point inthe future that Bitcoin is the bestasset to own and the best investment todo by that time it will be tooovervalued to buy Bitcoin so while it isstill controversial while people arestill fading away from Bitcoin andcryptocurrencies understand that you arestill early so try and buy the dip and Ido not think that you will regret itespecially if you hold it for at leastone entire cycle yeah but I'm just goingthrough um I'm going through thebreaking news and I'm going through whathas been happening in crypto and it justlooks like it's the Trump tariffs rightthere's nothing else that that you knowshows you um that we should be seeingsome such an elongated dump it doesn'tmake sense whatsoever but I need you tounderstand right when you look at themost bullish chart in my opinion I thinkthis chart is absolutely beautiful uh sothis is not where we're at yeah this was2024 uh Q4 right this is the quadrantthat Bitcoin is currently in we're inthis quadrant of the Bitcoin Hing cycleat this point so from the beginning of2025 basically to the end of 2025 ortowards October that is going to be themost euphoric stage of the entire bullmarket when you compare it to previouscycles look all green all phenomenallybullish all phenomenally bullish allphenomenally bullish right uh and thenafter 2025 or after October then you gointo price depreciation and that endsinto a bare Market uh and then pricestarts escalating after two and a halfyears it happens every single time thesame thing is going to happen again uhso just buy thep as much as possible andthen October when the bull market isover that's the time to sell that's thetime to exit crypto and that's the timeto relax and do other things we enjoyuntil the next bull market obviouslythis morning we got news that the ETFsoutflowed $1.1 billion into the marketit is not the best of things to see itwas in fact the highest outflow in ETFhistory since Inception which isunbelievable if you guys watched thestream yesterday with Carl I told youthat the ETFs will likely have a massiveoutflow today that was going to be thelikely scenario I didn't however expectit to be the alltime high outflowbecause the dump that we saw in the past48 hours is nothing compared to thedumps that we experienced between Marchto November so regardless I mean it justshows you it doesn't matter how severethe dump is right now A lot of peopleare taking profit and right now A lot ofpeople are scared and there's a lot ofeconomic uncertainty and the reason whyBitcoin isn't pumping during economicuncertainty as well because Bitcoin isstill not a hedge against inflation itis not a hedge against risk Bitcoin isstill perceived as a risk on asset sowhen there's heightened risk in theworld then obviously risk on assets dumpand uh when there is uh less risk in theworld then obviously the inverse happensbut right now gold is trading at alltimehighs it's completely normal um and youneed to understand that that is thecorrelation but Bitcoin will eventuallyfollow gold it will probably takeanother 5 to 10 years but when thathappens then Bitcoin will be much lessvolatile and it will probably stick tothe price of gold and be more of anexponential gold compared to what it istoday so bullmarket March 2022 you find resistanceboom uh bare Market begins you findsupport here you find support here andthen you go towards the upside so Ithink 74 will be a tremendous level anduh in the next 2 three days this movingaverage will probably shift closer tothe CME Gap so buying Bitcoin here isliterally a phenomenal level to buyBitcoin and you need to understand rightCorrections like this الْإِدْرَاكِ وَالْإِحَاطَةِ الْمَنْفِيِّ بِقَوْلِهِ - تَعَالَى -: لَا تُدْرِكُهُ الْأَبْصَارُ وَهُوَ يُدْرِكُ الْأَبْصَارَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُفأجاب هارون عليه السلام وقال : { يا ابن أم } قيل : إنما خاطبه بذلك ليدفعه عنه فيتركه ، وقيل : كان أخاه لأمه : { لا تأخذ بلحيتي ولا برأسي } واعلم أنه ليس في القرآن دلالة على أنه فعل ذلك ، فإن النهي عن الشيء لا يدل على كون المنهي فاعلا للمنهى عنه كقوله : { ولا تطع الكافرين والمنافقين } وقوله : { لئن أشركت ليحبطن عملك } والذي فيه أنه أخذ برأس أخيه يجره إليه وهذا القدر لا يدل على الاستخفاف به بل قد يفعل ذلك لسائر الأغراض على ما بيناه ، ومن الناس من يقول إنه أخذ ذؤابتيه بيمينه ولحيته بيساره ثم قال : { إني خشيت أن تقول فرقت بين بني إسرائيل ولم ترقب قولي } ولقائل أن يقول : إن قول موسى عليه السلام : ( ما منعك أن لا تتبعن أفعصيت أمري ) يدل على أنه أمره بشيء فكيف يحسن في جوابه أن يقال : إنما لم أمتثل قولك خوفا من أن تقول : { ولم ترقب قولي } فهل يجوز مثل هذا الكلام على العاقل . والجواب : لعل موسى عليه السلام إنما أمره بالذهاب إليه بشرط أن لا يؤدي ذلك إلى فساد في القوم فلما قال موسى : ( ما منعك أن لا تتبعن ) قال لأنك إنما أمرتني بإتباعك إذا لم يحصل الفساد فلو جئتك مع حصول الفساد ما كنت مراقبا لقولك . قال الإمام أبو القاسم الأنصاري : الهداية أنفع من الدلالة فإن السحرة كانوا أجانب عن الإيمان وما رأوا إلا آية واحدة فآمنوا وتحملوا العذاب الشديد في الدنيا ولم يرجعوا عن الإيمان ، وأما قومه فإنهم رأوا انقلاب العصا ثعبانا والتقم كل ما جمعه السحرة ثم عاد عصا ورأوا اعتراف السحرة بأن ذلك ليس بسحر وأنه أمر إلهي ورأوا الآيات التسع مدة مديدة ثم رأوا انفراق البحر اثني عشر طريقا وأن الله تعالى أنجاهم من الغرق وأهلك أعداءهم مع كثرة عددهم ، ثم إن هؤلاء مع ما شاهدوا من هذه الآيات لما خرجوا من البحر ورأوا قوما يعبدون البقر قالوا : اجعل لنا إلها كما لهم آلهة ، ولما سمعوا صوتا من عجل عكفوا على عبادته ، وذلك يدل على أنه لا يحصل الغرض بالدلائل بل بالهداية ، قرأ حمزة والكسائي : ( يا ابن أم ) بكسر الميم والإضافة ودلت كسرة الميم على الياء والباقون بالفتح وتقديره يا ابن أماه ، والله أعلم .اعْلَمْ أَنَّ الطَّاعِنِينَ فِي عِصْمَةِ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّلَامُ يَتَمَسَّكُونَ بِهَذِهِ الْآيَةِ مِنْ وُجُوهٍ. أَحَدُهَا: أَنَّ مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ إِمَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ قَدْ أَمَرَ هَارُونَ بِاتِّبَاعِهِ أَوْ لَمْ يَأْمُرْهُ، فَإِنْ أَمَرَهُ بِهِ فَإِمَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ هَارُونُ قَدِ اتَّبَعَهُ أَوْ لَمْ يتبعه، فإن اتبعه كانت ملامة موسى لهرون مَعْصِيَةً وَذَنْبًا لِأَنَّ مَلَامَةَ غَيْرِ الْمُجْرِمِ مَعْصِيَةٌ. وَإِنْ لَمْ يَتَّبِعْهُ كَانَ هَارُونُ تَارِكًا لِلْوَاجِبِ فَكَانَ فَاعِلًا لِلْمَعْصِيَةِ، وَأَمَّا إِنْ قُلْنَا: إِنَّ مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ مَا أَمَرَهُ بِاتِّبَاعِهِ كَانَتْ مَلَامَتُهُ إِيَّاهُ بِتَرْكِ الِاتِّبَاعِ مَعْصِيَةً فَثَبَتَ أَنَّ عَلَى جَمِيعِ التَّقْدِيرَاتِ يَلْزَمُ إِسْنَادُ الْمَعْصِيَةِ إِمَّا إِلَى مُوسَى أَوْ إِلَى هَارُونَ. وَثَانِيهَا: قَوْلُ مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ: أَفَعَصَيْتَ أَمْرِي اسْتِفْهَامٌ عَلَى سَبِيلِ الْإِنْكَارِ فَوَجَبَ أَنْ يَكُونَ هَارُونُ قَدْ عَصَاهُ، وَأَنْ يَكُونَ ذَلِكَ الْعِصْيَانُ مُنْكَرًا، وَإِلَّا لَكَانَ مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ كَاذِبًا وَهُوَ مَعْصِيَةٌ، فَإِذَا فَعَلَ هَارُونُ ذَلِكَ فَقَدْ فَعَلَ الْمَعْصِيَةَ. وثالثها: قوله: ابْنَ أُمَّ لَا تَأْخُذْ بِلِحْيَتِي وَلا بِرَأْسِي وَهَذَا مَعْصِيَةٌ لِأَنَّ هَارُونَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ قَدْ فَعَلَ مَا قَدَرَ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ النَّصِيحَةِ وَالْوَعْظِ وَالزَّجْرِ، فَإِنْ كَانَ مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ قَدْ بَحَثَ عَنِ الْوَاقِعَةِ، وَبَعْدَ أَنْ عَلِمَ أَنَّ هَارُونَ قَدْ فَعَلَ مَا قَدَرَ عَلَيْهِ كَانَ الْأَخْذُ بِرَأْسِهِ وَلِحْيَتِهِ مَعْصِيَةً وَإِنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ قَبْلَ تَعَرُّفِ الْحَالِ كَانَ ذَلِكَ أَيْضًا مَعْصِيَةً. ورابعها: إن هارون عليه السلام قال: تَأْخُذْ بِلِحْيَتِي وَلا بِرَأْسِي فَإِنْ كَانَ الْأَخْذُ بِلِحْيَتِهِ وَبِرَأْسِهِ جَائِزًا كَانَ قَوْلُ هَارُونَ لَا تَأْخُذْ مَنْعًا لَهُ عَمَّا كَانَ لَهُ أَنْ يَفْعَلَهُ فَيَكُونُ ذَلِكَ مَعْصِيَةً، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ ذَلِكَ الْأَخْذُ جَائِزًا كَانَ مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُفَاعِلًا لِلْمَعْصِيَةِ فَهَذِهِ أَمْثِلَةٌ لَطِيفَةٌ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ. وَالْجَوَابُ عَنِ الْكُلِّ: أَنَّا بَيَّنَّا فِي سُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ فِي تَفْسِيرِ قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: فَأَزَلَّهُمَا الشَّيْطانُ عَنْها [الْبَقَرَةِ: 36] أَنْوَاعًا مِنَ الدَّلَائِلِ الْجَلِيَّةِ فِي أَنَّهُ لَا يَجُوزُ صُدُورُ الْمَعْصِيَةِ مِنَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ، وَحَاصِلُ هَذِهِ الْوُجُوهِ تَمَسُّكٌ بِظَوَاهِرَ قَابِلَةٍ لِلتَّأْوِيلِ وَمُعَارَضَةُ مَا يَبْعُدُ عَنِ التَّأْوِيلِ بِمَا يَتَسَارَعُ إِلَيْهِ التَّأْوِيلُ غَيْرُ جَائِزٍ، إِذَا ثَبَتَتْ هَذِهِ الْمُقَدِّمَةُ فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّ لَنَا فِي الْجَوَابِ عَنْ هَذِهِ الْإِشْكَالَاتِ وُجُوهًا. أَحَدُهَا: أَنَّا وَإِنِ اخْتَلَفْنَا فِي جَوَازِ الْمَعْصِيَةِ عَلَى الْأَنْبِيَاءِ لَكِنِ اتَّفَقْنَا عَلَى جَوَازِ تَرْكِ الْأَوْلَى عَلَيْهِمْ، وَإِنْ كَانَ كَذَلِكَ فَالْفِعْلُ الَّذِي يَفْعَلُهُ أَحَدُهُمَا وَيَمْنَعُهُ الْآخَرُ أَعْنِي بِهِمَا/ مُوسَى وَهَارُونَ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَامُ لَعَلَّهُ كَانَ أَحَدُهُمَا أَوْلَى وَالْآخَرُ كَانَ تَرْكَ الْأَوْلَى فَلِذَلِكَ فَعَلَهُ أَحَدُهُمَا وَتَرَكَهُ الْآخَرُ، فَإِنْ قِيلَ هَذَا التَّأْوِيلُ غَيْرُ جَائِزٍ لِأَنَّ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا كَانَ جَازِمًا فِيمَا يَأْتِي بِهِ فِعْلًا كَانَ أَوْ تَرْكًا وَفِعْلُ الْمَنْدُوبِ وَتَرْكُهُ لَا يُجْزَمُ بِهِ، قُلْنَا: تَقْيِيدُ الْمُطْلَقِ بِالدَّلِيلِ غَيْرُ مُمْتَنَعٍ، فَنَحْنُ نَحْمِلُ ذَلِكَ الْجَزْمَ فِي الْفِعْلِ وَالتَّرْكِ عَلَى أَنَّ الْمُرَادَ افْعَلْ ذَلِكَ أَوِ اتْرُكْهُ إِنْ كُنْتَ تُرِيدُ الْأَصْلَحَ، وَقَدْ يُتْرَكُ ذَلِكَ الشَّرْطُ إِذَا كَانَ تَوَاطُؤُهُمَا عَلَى رِعَايَتِهِ مَعْلُومًا مُتَقَرِّرًا. وَثَانِيهَا: أَنَّ مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ أَقْبَلَ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ عَلَى قَوْمِهِ فَأَخَذَ بِرَأْسِ أَخِيهِ وَجَرَّهُ إِلَيْهِ كَمَا يَفْعَلُ الْإِنْسَانُ بِنَفْسِهِ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ عِنْدَ الْغَضَبِ فَإِنَّ الْغَضْبَانَ الْمُتَفَكِّرَ قَدْ يَعَضُّ عَلَى شَفَتَيْهِ وَيَفْتِلُ أَصَابِعَهُ وَيَقْبِضُ لِحْيَتِهِ فَأَجْرَى مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ أَخَاهُ هَارُونَ مَجْرَى نَفْسِهِ لِأَنَّهُ كَانَ أَخَاهُ وَشَرِيكَهُ فَصَنَعَ بِهِ مَا يَصْنَعُ الرَّجُلُ بِنَفْسِهِ فِي حال الفكر والغضب فأما قوله: تَأْخُذْ بِلِحْيَتِي وَلا بِرَأْسِي فَلَا يَمْتَنِعُ أَنْ يَكُونَ هَارُونُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ خَافَ مِنْ أَنْ يَتَوَهَّمَ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ مِنْ سُوءِ ظَنِّهِمْ أَنَّهُ مُنْكِرٌ عَلَيْهِ غَيْرُ مُعَاوِنٍ لَهُ، ثُمَّ أَخَذَ في شرح القصة فقال: نِّي خَشِيتُ أَنْ تَقُولَ فَرَّقْتَ بَيْنَ بَنِي إِسْرائِيلَ ، وَثَالِثُهَا: أَنَّ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ كَانُوا عَلَى نِهَايَةِ سُوءِ الظَّنِّ بِمُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ حَتَّى إِنَّ هَارُونَ غَابَ عَنْهُمْ غَيْبَةً فَقَالُوا لِمُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ: أَنْتَ قَتَلْتَهُ، فَلَمَّا وَاعَدَ اللَّه تَعَالَى مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ ثَلَاثِينَ لَيْلَةً وَأَتَمَّهَا بِعَشْرٍ وَكَتَبَ لَهُ فِي الْأَلْوَاحِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ فَرَأَى فِي قَوْمِهِ مَا رَأَى فَأَخَذَ بِرَأْسِ أَخِيهِ لِيُدْنِيَهُ فَيَتَفَحَّصَ عَنْ كَيْفِيَّةِ الْوَاقِعَةِ فَخَافَ هَارُونُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ أَنْ يَسْبِقَ إِلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ مَا لَا أَصْلَ لَهُ فَقَالَ إِشْفَاقًا عَلَى مُوسَى: لَا تَأْخُذْ بِلِحْيَتِي وَلَا بِرَأْسِي لِئَلَّا يَظُنَّ الْقَوْمُ مَا لَا يَلِيقُ بِكَ. وَرَابِعُهَا: قَالَ صَاحِبُ «الْكَشَّافِ» : كَانَ مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ رَجُلًا حَدِيدًا مَجْبُولًا عَلَى الْحِدَّةِ وَالْخُشُونَةِ وَالتَّصَلُّبِ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَدِيدَ الْغَضَبِ للَّه تَعَالَى وَلِدِينِهِ فَلَمْ يَتَمَالَكْ حِينَ رَأَى قَوْمَهُ يَعْبُدُونَ عِجْلًا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّه تَعَالَى مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا رَأَوْا مِنَ الْآيَاتِ الْعِظَامِ أَنْ أَلْقَى أَلْوَاحَ التَّوْرَاةِ لِمَا غَلَبَ عَلَى ذِهْنِهِ مِنَ الدَّهْشَةِ الْعَظِيمَةِ غَضَبًا للَّه تَعَالَى وَحَمِيَّةً وَعَنَّفَ بِأَخِيهِ وَخَلِيفَتِهِ عَلَى قَوْمِهِ فَأَقْبَلَ عَلَيْهِ إِقْبَالَ الْعَدُوِّ الْمُكَاشِرِ، وَاعْلَمْ أَنَّ هَذَا الْجَوَابَ سَاقِطٌ لِأَنَّهُ يُقَالُ: هَبْ أَنَّهُ كَانَ شَدِيدَ الْغَضَبِ وَلَكِنْ مَعَ ذَلِكَ الْغَضَبِ الشَّدِيدِ هَلْ كَانَ يَبْقَى عَاقِلًا مُكَلَّفًا أَمْ لَا؟ فَإِنْ بَقِيَ عَاقِلًا مُكَلَّفًا فَالْأَسْئِلَةُ بَاقِيَةٌ بِتَمَامِهَا أَكْثَرُ مَا فِي الْبَابِ أَنَّكَ ذَكَرْتَ أَنَّهُ أَتَى بِغَضَبٍ شَدِيدٍ وَذَلِكَ مِنْ جُمْلَةِ الْمَعَاصِي فَقَدْ زِدْتَ إِشْكَالًا آخَرَ. فَإِنْ قُلْتُمْ بِأَنَّهُ فِي ذَلِكَ الْغَضَبِ لَمْ يَبْقَ عَاقِلًا وَلَا مُكَلَّفًا فَهَذَا مِمَّا لَا يَرْتَضِيهِ مُسْلِمٌ الْبَتَّةَ فَهَذِهِ أَجْوِبَةُ مَنْ لَمْ يُجَوِّزِ الصَّغَائِرَ وَأَمَّا مَنْ جَوَّزَهَا فَلَا شَكَّ فِي سُقُوطِ السُّؤَالِ واللَّه أَعْلَمُ. أَمَّا قَوْلُهُ: مَا مَنَعَكَ إِذْ رَأَيْتَهُمْ ضَلُّوا أَلَّا تَتَّبِعَنِ فَفِيهِ وَجْهَانِ: الْأَوَّلُ: أَنَّ لَا صِلَةٌ وَالْمُرَادُ مَا مَنَعَكَ أَنْ تَتَّبِعَنِي. وَالثَّانِي: أَنْ يَكُونَ الْمُرَادُ مَا دَعَاكَ إِلَى أَنْ لَا تَتَّبِعَنِي فَأَقَامَ مَنَعَكَ مَقَامَ دَعَاكَ وَفِي الِاتِّبَاعِ قَوْلَانِ: أَحَدُهُمَا: مَا مَنَعَكَ مِنِ اتِّبَاعِي بِمَنْ أَطَاعَكَ وَاللُّحُوقِ بِي وَتَرْكِ الْمُقَامِ بَيْنِ أَظْهُرِهِمْ وَهَذَا قَوْلُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي رِوَايَةِ عَطَاءٍ. وَالثَّانِي: أَنْ تَتَّبِعَنِي فِي وَصِيَّتِي إِذْ قُلْتُ لَكَ: اخْلُفْنِي فِي قَوْمِي وَأَصْلِحْ وَلا تَتَّبِعْ سَبِيلَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ [الْأَعْرَافِ: 142] فَلِمَ تَرَكْتَ قِتَالَهُمْ وَتَأْدِيبَهُمْ وَهَذَا قَوْلُ مُقَاتِلٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَفَعَصَيْتَ أَمْرِي وَمَعْنَاهُ ظَاهِرٌ/ وَهَذَا يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّ تَارِكَ الْمَأْمُورِ بِهِ عَاصٍ وَالْعَاصِي مُسْتَحِقٌّلِلْعِقَابِ لِقَوْلِهِ: وَمَنْ يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَإِنَّ لَهُ نارَ جَهَنَّمَ خالِدِينَ فِيها [الْجِنِّ: 23] وَلِقَوْلِهِ: وَمَنْ يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَهُ يُدْخِلْهُ نَارًا خالِداً فِيها [النِّسَاءِ: 14] فَمَجْمُوعُ الْآيَتَيْنِ يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّ الْأَمْرَ لِلْوُجُوبِ، فَأَجَابَ هَارُونُ عَلَيْهِ السلام وقال: ابْنَ أُمَقِيلَ: إِنَّمَا خَاطَبَهُ بِذَلِكَ لِيَدْفَعَهُ عَنْهُ فيتركه، وقيل: كان أخاه لأمه: تَأْخُذْ بِلِحْيَتِي وَلا بِرَأْسِيوَاعْلَمْ أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ فِي الْقُرْآنِ دَلَالَةٌ عَلَى أَنَّهُ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ، فَإِنَّ النَّهْيَ عَنِ الشَّيْءِ لَا يَدُلُّ عَلَى كَوْنِ الْمَنْهِيِّ فَاعِلًا لِلْمَنْهِيِّ عَنْهُ كَقَوْلِهِ: وَلا تُطِعِ الْكافِرِينَ وَالْمُنافِقِينَ [الْأَحْزَابِ: 48] وَقَوْلِهِ: لَئِنْ أَشْرَكْتَ لَيَحْبَطَنَّ عَمَلُكَ [الزُّمَرِ: 65] وَالَّذِي فِيهِ أَنَّهُ أَخَذَ بِرَأْسِ أَخِيهِ يَجُرُّهُ إِلَيْهِ وَهَذَا الْقَدْرُ لَا يَدُلُّ عَلَى الِاسْتِخْفَافِ بِهِ بَلْ قَدْ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ لِسَائِرِ الْأَغْرَاضِ عَلَى مَا بَيَّنَّاهُ، وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَقُولُ إِنَّهُ أَخَذَ ذُؤَابَتَيْهِ بِيَمِينِهِ ولحيته بيساره ثم قال: نِّي خَشِيتُ أَنْ تَقُولَ فَرَّقْتَ بَيْنَ بَنِي إِسْرائِيلَ وَلَمْ تَرْقُبْ قَوْلِيوَلِقَائِلٍ أَنْ يَقُولَ: إِنَّ قَوْلَ مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ: (مَا مَنَعَكَ أَنْ لا تتبعن أَفَعَصَيْتَ أَمْرِي) يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّهُ أَمَرَهُ بِشَيْءٍ فَكَيْفَ يَحْسُنُ فِي جَوَابِهِ أَنْ يُقَالَ: إِنَّمَا لَمْ أَمْتَثِلْ قَوْلَكَ خَوْفًا مِنْ أَنْ تَقُولَ: لَمْ تَرْقُبْ قَوْلِيفَهَلْ يَجُوزُ مِثْلُ هَذَا الْكَلَامِ عَلَى الْعَاقِلِ.وَالْجَوَابُ: لَعَلَّ مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ إِنَّمَا أَمَرَهُ بِالذَّهَابِ إِلَيْهِ بِشَرْطِ أَنْ لَا يُؤَدِّيَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى فَسَادٍ فِي الْقَوْمِ فَلَمَّا قَالَ مُوسَى: (مَا مَنَعَكَ أَنْ لَا تَتَّبِعَنِ) قَالَ لِأَنَّكَ إِنَّمَا أَمَرْتَنِي بِاتِّبَاعِكَ إِذَا لَمْ يَحْصُلِ الْفَسَادُ فَلَوْ جِئْتُكَ مَعَ حُصُولِ الْفَسَادِ مَا كُنْتُ مُرَاقِبًا لِقَوْلِكَ. قَالَ الْإِمَامُ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ: الْهِدَايَةُ أَنْفَعُ مِنَ الدَّلَالَةِ فَإِنَّ السَّحَرَةَ كَانُوا أَجَانِبَ عَنِ الْإِيمَانِ وَمَا رَأَوْا إِلَّا آيَةً وَاحِدَةً فَآمَنُوا وَتَحَمَّلُوا الْعَذَابَ الشَّدِيدَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلَمْ يَرْجِعُوا عَنِ الْإِيمَانِ، وَأَمَّا قَوْمُهُ فَإِنَّهُمْ رَأَوُا انْقِلَابَ الْعَصَا ثُعْبَانًا وَالْتَقَمَ كُلَّ مَا جَمَعَهُ السَّحَرَةُ ثُمَّ عَادَ عَصًا وَرَأَوُا اعْتِرَافَ السَّحَرَةِ بِأَنَّ ذَلِكَ لَيْسَ بِسِحْرٍ وَأَنَّهُ أَمْرٌ إِلَهِيٌّ وَرَأَوُا الْآيَاتِ التِّسْعَ مُدَّةً مَدِيدَةً ثُمَّ رَأَوُا انْفِرَاقَ الْبَحْرِ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ طَرِيقًا وَأَنَّ اللَّه تَعَالَى أَنْجَاهُمْ مِنَ الْغَرَقِ وَأَهْلَكَ أَعْدَاءَهُمْ مَعَ كَثْرَةِ عَدَدِهِمْ، ثُمَّ إِنَّ هَؤُلَاءِ مَعَ مَا شَاهَدُوا مِنْ هَذِهِ الْآيَاتِ لَمَّا خَرَجُوا مِنَ الْبَحْرِ وَرَأَوْا قَوْمًا يَعْبُدُونَ الْبَقَرَ قَالُوا: اجْعَلْ لَنَا إِلَهًا كَمَا لَهُمْ آلِهَةٌ، وَلَمَّا سَمِعُوا صَوْتًا مِنْ عِجْلٍ عَكَفُوا عَلَى عِبَادَتِهِ، وَذَلِكَ يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّهُ لَا يَحْصُلُ الْغَرَضُ بِالدَّلَائِلِ بَلْ بِالْهِدَايَةِ، قَرَأَ حَمْزَةُ وَالْكِسَائِيُّ: (يَا ابْنَ أُمِّ) بِكَسْرِ الْمِيمِ وَالْإِضَافَةِ وَدَلَّتْ كَسْرَةُ الْمِيمِ عَلَى الْيَاءِ وَالْبَاقُونَ بِالْفَتْحِ وتقديره يا ابن أماه واللَّه أعلم.و سوی خویش ،کشید او را بیوکند و زیر لگد آورد. هارون زنهار خواست. قَالَ يَابْنوم : گفت ای پسر ،مادرم یعنی ای برادر سؤال : چرا نه او را گفت ای برادر که میگفت يَابنَ أُمّ بعدما که موسی او را برادر هم مادر و هم پدر بود؟ جواب گفته اند او را به ما در بازخواند تا مگر دلش بر وی ۴بسوزد که حدیث ما در رفتی دیگر دارد لا تأخذ بلخيني ولا برأسي : گفت مگیر ریش مرا و نه موی سر مرا إِنِّى خَشِيتُ أَنْ تَقُولَ فَرَّقْتَ بَيْنَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَلَمْ تَرْقَبْ قولی : من از آن بنیامدم از پی تو که ترسیدم که تو گویی تو خود جدایی افکندی میان فرزندان یعقوب و نگه نکردی به سخن من و گفته اند و لَمْ ۸ترقب قولى خطاب هارون است مر موسی را که تو سخن من فرا نشنیدی اگر از پس تو بیامدمی. موسی دست از هارون بداشت و حمله به سامریقال فما خطبك با سامری گفت چه کار بود ترا ای سامری که می ۱۲ گوساله ساختی و مردمان را فرا پرستیدن آن کردی. قَالَ بَصُرْتُ بِمَا لَمْ يَبْصُرُوا بِهِ : گفت من دیدم آنچه شما ندیدید وگر يبصروا به یا خوانی آنچه بنی اسرائیل ندیدند. موسی گفت چه دیدی؟ گفت من اسب جبرئیل را دیدم بر کنار دریای قلزم به هر جا که قدم می ۱۶ برنهاد سبز میگشت دانستم که آن را اثری باشد فَقَبَضْتُ قَبْضَةٌ مِنْ آثَرِ الرَّسُولِ : فرا گرفتم مشتی خاک از آن پی اسب رسول خدای، یعنی جبرئيل فنبذتُهَا وَكَذَلِكَ سَوَّلَتْ لِی نَفْسی در آن زر انداختم آن مشت خاک را و اگر فقبصتُ قبصةً به صاد خوانی مقدار سه انگشت بود و چنان ۲۰ بر آراست بر من تن من موسی قصد کرد تا او را بکشد، جبرئیل وحی آورداز خدای تعالی که او را مکش» موسی گفت یا جبرئیل، نبینیکهاو چه کرد، چرا نکشم او را؟» گفت «زیرا که در وی جوانمردیقَالَ يَا ابْنَ أُمَّ لَا تَأْخُذْ بِلِحْيَتِي وَلَا بِرَأْسِي ۖ إِنِّي خَشِيتُ أَن تَقُولَ فَرَّقْتَ بَيْنَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَلَمْ تَرْقُبْ قَوْلِي (94)وقوله ( قَالَ يَا ابْنَ أُمَّ لا تَأْخُذْ بِلِحْيَتِي وَلا بِرَأْسِي ) وفي هذا الكلام متروك، ترك ذكره استغناء بدلالة الكلام عليه، وهو: ثم أخذ موسى بلحية أخيه هارون ورأسه يجرّه إليه، فقال هارون ( يَا ابْنَ أُمَّ لا تَأْخُذْ بِلِحْيَتِي وَلا بِرَأْسِي ). وقوله ( إِنِّي خَشِيتُ أَنْ تَقُولَ فَرَّقْتَ بَيْنَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَلَمْ تَرْقُبْ قَوْلِي ) فاختلف أهل العلم في صفة التفريق بينهم، الذي خشيه هارون، فقال بعضهم: كان هارون خاف أن يسير بمن أطاعه، وأقام على دينه في أثر موسى، ويخلف عبدة العجل، وقد قَالُوا له لَنْ نَبْرَحَ عَلَيْهِ عَاكِفِينَ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ إِلَيْنَا مُوسَى فيقول له موسى (فَرَّقْتَ بَيْنَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَلَمْ تَرْقُبْ قَوْلِي) بسيرك بطائفة، وتركك منهم طائفة وراءك.* ذكر من قال ذلك: حدثني يونس، قال: أخبرنا ابن وهب، قال ابن زيد، في قول الله تعالى ( ما منعك إذ رأيتهم ضلوا ألا تتبعني أفعصيت أمري ) قَالَ (...... خَشِيتُ أَنْ تَقُولَ فَرَّقْتَ بَيْنَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَلَمْ تَرْقُبْ قَوْلِي) قال: خشيت أن يتبعني بعضهم ويتخلف بعضهم. وقال آخرون: بل معنى ذلك: خشيت أن نقتتل فيقتل بعضنا بعضا.* ذكر من قال ذلك: حدثنا القاسم، قال: ثنا الحسين، قال: ثني حجاج، عن ابن جريج ( إِنِّي خَشِيتُ أَنْ تَقُولَ فَرَّقْتَ بَيْنَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَلَمْ تَرْقُبْ قَوْلِي ) قال: كنا نكون فرقتين فيقتل بعضنا بعضا حتى نتفانى. قال أبو جعفر: وأولى القولين في ذلك بالصواب، القول الذي قاله ابن عباس من أن موسى عذل أخاه هارون على تركه اتباع أمره بمن اتبعه من أهل الإيمان، فقال له هارون: إني خشيت أن تقول، فرّقت بين جماعتهم، فتركت بعضهم وراءك، وجئت ببعضهم، وذلك بين في قول هارون للقوم يَا قَوْمِ إِنَّمَا فُتِنْتُمْ بِهِ وَإِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ الرَّحْمَنُ فَاتَّبِعُونِي وَأَطِيعُوا أَمْرِي وفي جواب القوم له وقيلهم لَنْ نَبْرَحَ عَلَيْهِ عَاكِفِينَ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ إِلَيْنَا مُوسَى . وقوله ( وَلَمْ تَرْقُبْ قَوْلِي ) يقول: ولم تنظر قولي وتحفظه، من مراقبة الرجل الشيء، وهي مناظرته بحفظه. كما حدثنا القاسم، قال: ثنا الحسين، قال: ثني حجاج، عن ابن جُرَيج، قال: قال ابن عباس ( وَلَمْ تَرْقُبْ قَوْلِي ) قال: لم تحفظ قولي.14و أخرج ابن مردويه عن وهب بن مالك رضى الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم قال ان الله لما وعد موسى أن يكلمه خرج للوقت الذي وعده فبينما هو يناجى ربه إذ سمع خلفه صوتا فقال الهى انى اسمع خلفي صوتا قال لعل قومك ضلوا قال الهى من أضلهم قال السامري قال كيف أضلهم قال صاغ لهم عِجْلاً جَسَداً لَهُ خُوٰارٌ قال الهى هذا لسامرى صاغ لهم العجل فمن نفخ فيه الروح حتى صار له خوار قال أنا يا موسى قال فبعزتك ما أضل قومي أحد غيرك قال صدقت قال يا حكيم الحكماء لا ينبغي حكيم ان يكون أحكم منك و أخرج ابن جرير في تهذيبه عن راشد بن سعد قال ان موسى لما قدم على ربه واعد قومه أربعين ليلة قال يا موسى ان قومك قد افتتنوا من بعدك قال يا رب كيف يفتنون و قد نجيتهم من فرعون و نجيتهم من البحر و أنعمت عليهم و فعلت بهم قال يا موسى انهم اتخذوا من بعدك عجلا لَهُ خُوٰارٌ قال يا رب فمن جعل فيه الروح قال أنا قال فأنت يا رب أضللتهم قال يا موسى يا رأس النبيين و يا أبا الحكام انى رأيت ذلك في قلوبهم فيسرته لهم 1و أخرج الفريابي و عبد بن حميد و ابن المنذر و ابن أبى حاتم و الحاكم و صححه عن على رضى الله عنه قال لما تعجل موسى إلى ربه عمد السامري فجمع ما قدر عليه من حلى بنى إسرائيل فضربه عجلا ثم ألقى القبضة في جوفه فإذا هو عجل جسد لَهُ خُوٰارٌ فقال لهم السامري هٰذٰا إِلٰهُكُمْ وَ إِلٰهُ‌ مُوسىٰ‌ فقال لهم هرون يٰا قَوْمِ أَ لَمْ يَعِدْكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ وَعْداً حَسَناً فلما ان رجع موسى أَخَذَ بِرَأْسِ أَخِيهِ‌ فقال له هرون ما قال فقال موسى للسامري ما خطبك فقال قبضت قَبْضَةً مِنْ أَثَرِ اَلرَّسُولِ فَنَبَذْتُهٰا وَ كَذٰلِكَ سَوَّلَتْ لِي نَفْسِي فعمد موسى إلى العجل فوضع عليه المبارد فبرده بها و هو على شط نهر فما شرب أحد من ذلك الماء ممن كان يعبد ذلك العجل الا اصفر وجهه مثل الذهب فقالوا يا موسى ما توبتنا قال يقتل بعضكم بعضا فأخذوا السكاكين فجعل الرجل يقتل أباه واخاه و ابنه لا يبالى من قتل حتى قتل منهم سبعون ألفا فأوحى الله إلى موسى مرهم فليرفعوا أيديهم فقد غفرت لمن قتل و تبت على من بقي و أخرج ابن جرير عن ابن عباس رضى الله عنهما قال لما هجم فرعون على البحر هو و أصحابه و كان فرعون على فرس أدهم حصان هاب الحصان ان يقتحم البحر فمثل له جبريل على فرس أنثى فلما رآها الحصان هجم خلفها و عرف السامري جبريل لان أمه حين خافت أن يذبح خلفته في غار و أطبقت عليه فكان جبريل يأتيه فيغذوه بأصابعه في واحدة لبنا و في الأخرى عسلا و في الأخرى سمنا فلم يزل يغذوه حتى نشا فلما عاينه في البحر عرفة فقبض قبضة من أثر فرسه قال أخذ من تحت الحافر قبضة و ألقى في روع السامري انك لا تلقيها على شي فتقول كن كذا الا كان فلم تزل القبضة معه في يده حتى جاوز البحر فلما جاوز موسى و بنو إسرائيل البحر أغرق الله آل فرعون قٰالَ مُوسىٰ لِأَخِيهِ هٰارُونَ اُخْلُفْنِي فِي قَوْمِي وَ أَصْلِحْ وَ لاٰ تَتَّبِعْ‌ سَبِيلَ اَلْمُفْسِدِينَ‌ و مضى موسى لموعد ربه و كان مع بنى إسرائيل حلى من حلى آل فرعون فكأنهم تأثموا منه فأخرجوه لتنزل النار فتأكله فلما جمعوه قال السامري بالقبضة هكذا فقذفها فيه و قال كن عِجْلاً جَسَداً لَهُ‌ خُوٰارٌ فصار عِجْلاً جَسَداً لَهُ خُوٰارٌ فكان يدخل الريح من دبره و يخرج من فيه يسمع له صوت فقال هٰذٰا إِلٰهُكُمْ وَ إِلٰهُ‌ مُوسىٰ‌ فعكفوا على العجل يعبدونه فقال هارون يٰا قَوْمِ إِنَّمٰا فُتِنْتُمْ بِهِ وَ إِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ اَلرَّحْمٰنُ فَاتَّبِعُونِي وَ أَطِيعُوا أَمْرِي `قٰالُوا لَنْ نَبْرَحَ عَلَيْهِ عٰاكِفِينَ حَتّٰى يَرْجِعَ إِلَيْنٰا مُوسىٰ و أخرج ابن اسحق و ابن جرير و ابن أبى حاتم عن ابن عباس رضى الله عنهما قال كان السامري رجلا من أهل ماجرما و كان من قوم يعبدون البقر فكان يحب عبادة البقر في نفسه و كان قد أظهر الإسلام في بنى إسرائيل فلما فصل موسى إلى ربه قال لهم هرون انكم قد حملتم أَوْزٰاراً مِنْ زِينَةِ اَلْقَوْمِ‌ آل فرعون و متاعا و حليا فتطهروا منها فإنها رجس و أوقد لهم نارا فقال اقذفوا ما معكم من ذلك فيها فجعوا يأتون بما معهم فيقذفون فيها و راي السامري أثر فرس جبريل فأخذ ترابا من أثر حافره ثم أقبل إلى النار فقال لهارون يا نبى الله القى ما في يدي قال نعم و لا يظن هرون الا انه كبعض ما جاء به غيره من ذلك الحلي و الأمتعة فقذفه فيها فقال كن عِجْلاً جَسَداً لَهُ خُوٰارٌ فكان للبلاء و الفتنة فقال هٰذٰا إِلٰهُكُمْ وَ إِلٰهُ‌ مُوسىٰ‌ فعكفوا عليه و أحبوه حبا لم يحبوا مثله شيأ قط يقول الله فَنَسِيَ‌ أى ترك ما كان عليه من الإسلام يعنى السامري أَ فَلاٰ يَرَوْنَ أَلاّٰ يَرْجِعُ إِلَيْهِمْ قَوْلاً وَ لاٰ يَمْلِكُ لَهُمْ ضَرًّا وَ لاٰ نَفْعاً و كان اسم السامري موسى بن ظفر وقع في أرض مصر فدخل في بنى إسرائيل فلما رأى هرون ما وقعوا فيه قال يٰا قَوْمِ إِنَّمٰا فُتِنْتُمْ بِهِ وَ إِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ اَلرَّحْمٰنُ‌ فَاتَّبِعُونِي وَ أَطِيعُوا أَمْرِي `قٰالُوا لَنْ نَبْرَحَ عَلَيْهِ عٰاكِفِينَ حَتّٰى يَرْجِعَ إِلَيْنٰا مُوسىٰ‌ فأقام هرون فيمن معه من المسلمين مخافة أن يقول له موسى فَرَّقْتَ بَيْنَ بَنِي إِسْرٰائِيلَ وَ لَمْ تَرْقُبْ قَوْلِي و كان له سامعا مطيعا و أخرج ابن أبى حاتم عن ابن عباس رضى الله عنهما قال ان هرون مر بالسامري و هو يتنحث العجل فقال له ما تصنع قال اصنع ما يضر و لا ينفع فقال هرون اللهم أعطه ما سال على ما في نفسه و مضى هرون فقال السامري اللهم أنى أسألك ان يخور فخار فكان إذا خار سجدوا له و إذا خار رفعوا رؤسهم و أخرج عبد بن حميد و ابن أبى حاتم عن ابن عباس رضى الله عنهما قال ان بنى إسرائيل استعاروا حليا من القبط فخرجوا به معهم فقال لهم هرون قد ذهب موسى إلى السماء اجمعوا هذا الحلي حتى يجئ موسى فيقضى فيه ما قضى فجمع ثم أذيب فلما ألقى السامري القبضة تحول عِجْلاً جَسَداً لَهُ خُوٰارٌ فَقٰالُوا هٰذٰا إِلٰهُكُمْ وَ إِلٰهُ مُوسىٰ فَنَسِيَ‌ قال ان موسى ذهب يطلب ربه فضل فلم يعلم مكانه و هو هذا 1و أخرج عبد بن حميد و ابن ابى حاتم و أبو الشيخ عن على رضى الله عنه قال ان جبريل لما نزل فصعد بموسى إلى السماء بصر به السامري من بين الناس فقبض قبضة من أثر الفرس و حمل جبريل موسى خلفه حتى إذا دنا من باب السماء صعد و كتب الله الألواح و هو يسمع صرير الأقلام في الألواح فلما أخبره ان قومه قد فتنوا من بعده نزل موسى فأخذ العجل فأحرقه و أخرج ابن أبى حاتم عن ابن عباس رضى الله عنهما قال كان السامري من أهل كرمان و أخرج ابن أبى حاتم عن السدى رضى الله عنه قال انطلق موسى إلى ربه فكلمه فلما كلمه قال له مٰا أَعْجَلَكَ‌ عَنْ قَوْمِكَ يٰا مُوسىٰ `قٰالَ هُمْ أُولاٰءِ عَلىٰ أَثَرِي وَ عَجِلْتُ إِلَيْكَ رَبِّ لِتَرْضىٰ `قٰالَ فَإِنّٰا قَدْ فَتَنّٰا قَوْمَكَ مِنْ بَعْدِكَ وَ أَضَلَّهُمُ‌ اَلسّٰامِرِيُّ‌ فلما خبره خبرهم قال يا رب هذا السامري أمرهم أن اتخذوا العجل أ رأيت الروح من نفخها فيه قال الرب أنا قال يا رب فأنت إذا أضللتهم ثم رجع مُوسىٰ إِلىٰ قَوْمِهِ غَضْبٰانَ أَسِفاً قال حزينا قٰالَ يٰا قَوْمِ أَ لَمْ يَعِدْكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ‌ وَعْداً حَسَناً إلى قوله مٰا أَخْلَفْنٰا مَوْعِدَكَ بِمَلْكِنٰا يقول بطافتنا وَ لٰكِنّٰا حُمِّلْنٰا أَوْزٰاراً مِنْ زِينَةِ اَلْقَوْمِ‌ يقول من حلى القبط فَقَذَفْنٰاهٰا فَكَذٰلِكَ أَلْقَى اَلسّٰامِرِيُّ `فَأَخْرَجَ لَهُمْ عِجْلاً جَسَداً لَهُ خُوٰارٌ فعكفوا عليه يعبدونه و كان يخور و يمشى ف‍ قٰالَ لَهُمْ هٰارُونُ‌ ... يٰا قَوْمِ إِنَّمٰا فُتِنْتُمْ بِهِ‌ يقول ابتليتم بالعجل قٰالَ فَمٰا خَطْبُكَ يٰا سٰامِرِيُّ‌ ما بالك إلى قوله وَ اُنْظُرْ إِلىٰ إِلٰهِكَ‌ اَلَّذِي ظَلْتَ عَلَيْهِ عٰاكِفاً لَنُحَرِّقَنَّهُ‌ قال فأخذه فذبحه ثم خرقه بالمبرد يعنى سحكه ثم ذراه في اليم فلم يبق نهر يجرى يومئذ الا وقع فيه منه شي ثم قال لهم موسى اشربوا منه فشربوا فمن كان يحبه خرج على شاربيه الذهب فذلك حين يقول وَ أُشْرِبُوا فِي قُلُوبِهِمُ اَلْعِجْلَ بِكُفْرِهِمْ‌ قال فلما سقط في أيدي بنى إسرائيل حين جاء موسى و رأوا انهم قد ضلوا قٰالُوا لَئِنْ لَمْ يَرْحَمْنٰا رَبُّنٰا وَ يَغْفِرْ لَنٰا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ اَلْخٰاسِرِينَ‌ فأبى الله أن يقبل توبة بنى إسرائيل الا بالحال التي كرهوا انهم كرهوا ان يقاتلوهم حين عبدوا العجل فقال موسى يٰا قَوْمِ إِنَّكُمْ ظَلَمْتُمْ أَنْفُسَكُمْ بِاتِّخٰاذِكُمُ اَلْعِجْلَ‌ فَتُوبُوا إِلىٰ بٰارِئِكُمْ فَاقْتُلُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ‌ فاجتلد الذين عبدوه و الذين لم يعبدوه بالسيوف فكان من قتل من الفريقين شهيدا حتى كثر القتل حتى كادوا أن يهلكوا حتى قتل منهم سبعون ألفا و حتى دعا موسى و هرون ربنا هلكت بنو إسرائيل ربنا البقية البقية فأمرهم أن يضعوا السلام و تاب عليهم فكان من قتل منهم كان شهيدا و من بقي كان مكفرا عنه فذلك قوله تعالى فَتٰابَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِنَّهُ هُوَ اَلتَّوّٰابُ اَلرَّحِيمُ‌ ثم ان الله تعالى أمر موسى أن يأتيه في ناس من بنى إسرائيل يعتذرون اليه من عبادة العجل فوعدهم موعدا فاختار موسى سَبْعِينَ رَجُلاً ثم ذهب ليعتذروا من عبادة العجل فلما أتوا ذلك قالوا لَنْ نُؤْمِنَ لَكَ حَتّٰى نَرَى اَللّٰهَ جَهْرَةً‌ فإنك قد كلمته فأرناه فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ اَلصّٰاعِقَةُ‌ فماتوا فقام موسى يبكى و يدعو الله و يقول رب ما ذا أقول لبنى إسرائيل إذا أتيتهم و قد أهلكت خيارهم رَبِّ لَوْ شِئْتَ‌ أَهْلَكْتَهُمْ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَ إِيّٰايَ أَ تُهْلِكُنٰا بِمٰا فَعَلَ اَلسُّفَهٰاءُ مِنّٰا فأوحى الله إلى موسى ان هؤلاء السبعين ممن اتخذوا العجل فذلك حين يقول موسى إِنْ هِيَ إِلاّٰ فِتْنَتُكَ تُضِلُّ بِهٰا مَنْ تَشٰاءُ‌ الآية أخرج عبد بن حميد و ابن المنذر و ابن أبى حاتم عن مجاهد رضى الله عنه في قوله أَ فَطٰالَ عَلَيْكُمُ اَلْعَهْدُ يقول الوعد و في قوله فَأَخْلَفْتُمْ مَوْعِدِي يقول عهدي و في قوله مٰا أَخْلَفْنٰا مَوْعِدَكَ بِمَلْكِنٰا بأمر ملكنا وَ لٰكِنّٰا حُمِّلْنٰا أَوْزٰاراً قال أثقالا مِنْ زِينَةِ اَلْقَوْمِ‌ و هي الحلي الذي استعاروه من آل فرعون فَقَذَفْنٰاهٰا قال فالقيناها فَكَذٰلِكَ أَلْقَى اَلسّٰامِرِيُّ‌ قال كذلك صنع فَأَخْرَجَ لَهُمْ عِجْلاً جَسَداً لَهُ خُوٰارٌ قال حفيف الريح فيه فهو خوارة و العجل ولد البقرة و أخرج ابن أبى حاتم عن ابن عباس رضى الله عنهما في قوله تُهْلِكُنٰا قال تأمرنا و أخرج عبد الرزاق و عبد بن حميد و ابن المنذر عن قتادة رضى الله عنه في قوله مٰا أَخْلَفْنٰا مَوْعِدَكَ بِمَلْكِنٰا قال بطاقتنا و أخرج ابن أبى حاتم عن السدى مثله و أخرج ابن أبى حاتم عن الحسن رضى الله عنه في قوله بِمَلْكِنٰا قال بسلطاننا و أخرج ابن أبى شيبة و ابن المنذر عن يحيى انه قرأ بمكلنا و ملكنا واحد و أخرج الفريابي و عبد بن حميد و ابن المنذر و ابن ابى حاتم في قوله هٰذٰا إِلٰهُكُمْ وَ إِلٰهُ مُوسىٰ فَنَسِيَ‌ قال نسى موسى ان يذكر لكم ان هذا إلهه و أخرج عبد بن حميد و ابن المنذر و ابن أبى حاتم عن مجاهد رضى الله عنه فَنَسِيَ‌ قال هم يقولون قومه أخطأ الرب العجل أَ فَلاٰ يَرَوْنَ أَلاّٰ يَرْجِعُ إِلَيْهِمْ قَوْلاً قال العجل وَ لاٰ يَمْلِكُ لَهُمْ ضَرًّا قال ضلالة و أخرج ابن أبى حاتم عن ابن زيد في قوله قٰالَ يٰا هٰارُونُ مٰا مَنَعَكَ إِذْ رَأَيْتَهُمْ ضَلُّوا `أَلاّٰ تَتَّبِعَنِ‌ قال تدعهم و أخرج ابن المنذر عن ابن جريج في الآية قال أمره موسى أن يصلح و لا يتبع سبيل المفسدين فكان من إصلاحه أن ينكر العجل فذلك قوله أَلاّٰ تَتَّبِعَنِ أَ فَعَصَيْتَ أَمْرِي كذلك أيضا و أخرج ابن أبى حاتم عن ابن زيد في قوله إِنِّي خَشِيتُ‌ أَنْ تَقُولَ فَرَّقْتَ بَيْنَ بَنِي إِسْرٰائِيلَ‌ قال خشيت أن ينبغي بعضهم و يتخلف بعضهم و أخرج ابن أبى حاتم عن قتادة رضى الله عنه في قوله إِنِّي خَشِيتُ أَنْ تَقُولَ فَرَّقْتَ بَيْنَ بَنِي إِسْرٰائِيلَ‌ قال قد كره الصالحون الفرقة قبلكم و أخرج ابن المنذر عن ابن جريج في قوله وَ لَمْ تَرْقُبْ قَوْلِي قال لم تنتظر قوله و ما أنا صانع و قائل قال و قال ابن عباس رضى الله عنهما لَمْ تَرْقُبْ قَوْلِي لم تحفظ قولي و أخرج ابن أبى حاتم عن قتادة رضى الله عنه في قوله قٰالَ فَمٰا خَطْبُكَ يٰا سٰامِرِيُّ‌ قال لم يكن اسمه لكنه كان من قرية اسمها سامرة قٰالَ بَصُرْتُ بِمٰا لَمْ يَبْصُرُوا بِهِ‌ يعنى فرس جبريل و أخرج عبد ابن حميد عن عاصم انه قرأ بِمٰا لَمْ يَبْصُرُوا بالياء و رفع الصاد و أخرج عبد بن حميد و ابن المنذر و ابن أبى حاتم عن مجاهد رضى الله عنه في قوله فَقَبَضْتُ قَبْضَةً مِنْ أَثَرِ اَلرَّسُولِ‌ قال من تحت حافر فرس جبريل فَنَبَذْتُهٰا قال نبذ السامري على حلية بنى إسرائيل فانقلبت عجلا و أخرج عبد بن حميد عن مجاهد رضى الله عنه في قوله فَقَبَضْتُ‌ قَبْضَةً مِنْ أَثَرِ اَلرَّسُولِ‌ قال قبض السامري قبضة من أثر الفرس فصره في ثوبه و أخرج سعيد بن منصور و عبد بن حميد و ابن جرير و ابن أبى حاتم عن الحسن أنه كان يقرؤها فقبصت بالصاد قال و القبص بأطراف الأصابع و أخرج عبد بن حميد عن أبى الأشهب قال كان الحسن يقرؤها فقبصت بالصاد قال و القبص بأطراف أصابعه و كان أبو رجاء يقرؤها فقبصت قبصة بالصاد هكذا بجميع كفيه و أخرج ابن أبى حاتم عن مجاهد قال القبضة ملء الكف و القبصة بأطراف الأصابع و أخرج عبد بن حميد عن عاصم أنه قرأ فَقَبَضْتُ قَبْضَةً‌ بالضاد على معنى القبض و أخرج عبد الرزاق و عبد بن حميد و ابن أبى حاتم عن قتادة في قوله فَإِنَّ لَكَ فِي اَلْحَيٰاةِ أَنْ تَقُولَ‌ لاٰ مِسٰاسَ‌ قال عقوبة له وَ إِنَّ لَكَ مَوْعِداً لَنْ تُخْلَفَهُ‌ قال لن تغيب عنه و أخرج ابن المنذر و ابن أبى حاتم عن ابن عباس في قوله وَ اُنْظُرْ إِلىٰ إِلٰهِكَ اَلَّذِي ظَلْتَ عَلَيْهِ عٰاكِفاً قال أقمت لَنُحَرِّقَنَّهُ‌ قال بالنار ثُمَّ لَنَنْسِفَنَّهُ فِي اَلْيَمِّ نَسْفاً قال لنذرينه في البحر و أخرج ابن أبى حاتم عن ابن عباس أنه كان يقرأ لنحرقنه خفيفة يقول ان الذهب و الفضة لا يحرقان بالنار يسحل بالمبرد ثم يلقى على النار فيصير رمادا و أخرج ابن أبى حاتم عن قتادة قال في بعض القراءة لنذبحنه ثم لنحرقنه خفيفة قال قتادة و كان له لحم
