So, you let someone into your life and you trust them, what can happen? Well, a variety of things can happen. Whether you stay with the person or not, that person becomes an unforgettable part of you and your life. Emotional intimacy has a great effect on personality if it is held with the right intentions.
After a while, you might realize the person is "the one," because you can't see or accept yourself without him or her. This is where marriage comes into play in today's societies.
But my question is: "How did marriage start as a social construct, and then become an accepted rule or norm in societies?"
The movie Purple Hearts (2022) is a good illustration of this matter.
